Local Network Operations Centres

Network Box Australia & New Zealand has a local network operations centre (NOC) in Australia, and Network Box is represented across the globe by our security operation centre (SOC). The SOC is supported by NOCs that provide commercial and technical personnel. They enable Network Box to react quickly to issues requiring a physical presence.

Each NOC is staffed by carefully selected and trained personnel who understand attack vectors and traffic patterns, and advise customers accordingly. These engineers, whose sole job is looking after Network Box security systems, have wide-ranging experience of different security issues that they have resolved in a practical manner for a variety of clients both large and small in many different countries.
