Our patented Push technology means that we actively push out updates and patches to each Network Box system in real time. All updates are delivered in average of less than 45 seconds as soon as the updates are available.

Layer 2 Local Network Operations

The local network operation centres (NOCs) actively test that customers' systems are working, and report on attacks and intrusion attempts back to the global SOC. Thus enabling us to leverage knowledge gained from attacks against one customer to protect all our customers. Our NOC engineers provide security management, backup and disaster recovery services, and ensure compliance with various policies. They can respond quickly to any issues requiring a physical presence.

 Layer 3 Customer Premises

The Network Box customer premesis equipment provides protection in the network layer by blocking malicious content and filtering content based on your acceptable-use policies. The intrusion detection and prevention module scans network traffic at the application level, and seamlessly blocks malicious behaviour with zero latency.
